Atlas is available for teams with authorized Meta ad account access through RocketShip HQ.

Users are responsible for confirming they have permission to create ads in selected accounts, pages, campaigns, and ad sets.

Atlas creates ads only after an explicit launch action. Users should review account, page, template, ad set, copy, URL, and creative selections before launch.

Meta and Google availability, permissions, policy decisions, and API errors are outside RocketShip HQ's direct control.

The seller is RocketShip HQ OÜ, registry code 16247010, VAT EE102386680, Sepapaja 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia. Support: hi@rocketshiphq.com.

Atlas paid beta is offered for business and professional use. The buyer represents that they purchase for a business, not as a consumer, unless RocketShip HQ OÜ agrees otherwise in writing.

The subscription renews monthly until canceled. Owners may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and access remains until then.

Subscription fees are not prorated or refunded after a billing period begins, except for duplicate or incorrect charges, an express written agreement, or where applicable law requires otherwise. Email hi@rocketshiphq.com for billing errors or refund requests.

Commercial use is governed by these terms and any applicable written RocketShip HQ agreement. If a written agreement conflicts, that agreement controls.
